I don't have my own place. I rent a room in my cousin's house, saving for the day I finally have my own place. But I don't want it to be here. Not in Arizona. No, if I have my own place, I want it to be in Tennessee. Close to my parents and my brother. So while I'm happy at my job and saving my money, I'm content where I am right now. But having a place all my own to decorate has always been a dream of mine and I can't wait for when that time comes. Until then, I'll keep swooning over things like honeycomb tile patterns and rustic furniture and Edison light bulbs and walls with pictures of my travels and, yes, marble countertops like those featured above.

I just kinda heart the Oscars. These are my picks for who I'd like to see win.
I'd be happy if several films won. But since I think it's down to Boyhood and Birdman, I choose the later. The fact that this movie was shot in continuous shots--sometimes up to 20 minutes--is quite impressive. And I think I'm in the minority on this, but I enjoyed this film from start to finish.

Who do you want to see take home an Oscar?
Time to feature one of my favorite types of design: interior design. And today it's all about dreamy office spaces. & What do all of these have in common? Huge Apple monitors. Because it doesn't get much dreamier than that. <3
